The 76MW rooftop distributed photovoltaic project in Xiangtan Park of China Lance Technology is an important initiative of the company in the field of energy saving and environmental protection. Lance Technology Xiangtan Park Rooftop Distributed Photovoltaic Project is a leading industrial plant PV project in Hunan Province, jointly built by Hunan Red Sun New Energy and Hunan Nuclear New Energy, with a total installed capacity of 76 MW. in the field of clean energy, the company actively builds rooftop photovoltaic, and continuously expands the scale of green power procurement to promote the widespread application of clean energy, and the total number of rooftop photovoltaic power generation projects that have been constructed, are under construction or are to be constructed has reached 128.2 MW. At present, the total number of rooftop photovoltaic power generation projects under construction, under construction and pending construction has reached 128.2 MW.
Among them, the 76MW rooftop distributed photovoltaic projects under construction span five parks of Lance Technology, namely Xiangtan, Liuyang, Huanghua, Hanli and Yongan. The total installed capacity of Xiangtan Park is about 18MW, and the first batch of installed capacity to be connected to the grid reaches 9.17MW.
After the 76MW capacity of the Lance Technology project is connected to the grid, the total power generation capacity is expected to reach 1.765 billion kWh in 25 years, with an average annual power generation capacity of 70,580,000 kWh, which can save about 21,220 tons of standard coal per year, and reduce CO₂ emissions by 58,000 tons per year, compared with thermal power with the same power generation capacity.
II. BIPV Customized Technical Solutions

1. Structural innovation
The project adopts customized color steel tile BIPV design, which combines high efficiency power generation with waterproof function of the building, and the roofing system integrates through-length gutters (its gutters are up to 12 meters long) and comprehensive waterproofing technology, which guarantees the stable operation of the power station for 25 years of the whole life cycle.
The PV module adopts semi-transparent BIPV technology, combining the top cell of Calcium Titanium Ore (CTO) and the silicon substrate cell, to improve the light utilization rate and effective power generation area, and solve the problem of low efficiency of traditional crystalline silicon semi-transparent module.
2. Application of high-efficiency products
The project uses 575Wp high-efficiency half-sheet monocrystalline silicon PV modules with Red Sun New Energy's independently developed N-type TOPCon battery technology, which has a PV mass-production efficiency of 26.1%, significantly improving the system's power generation efficiency.

1. Economic Benefits
The average annual power generation of the project is expected to reach 18.77 million degrees, which can save more than one million yuan for Lance Technology's annual electricity bill; after the full capacity is connected to the grid, the total power generation is expected to be 1.765 billion kWh in 25 years, saving about 212,000 tons of standard coal and reducing CO₂ emissions by 580,000 tons.
