1. Customized design adapted to concrete sloped roofs
In view of the structural characteristics of the sloping concrete roof in the park, the project evaluates and decides to adopt a lightweight bracket system and non-slip fixing technology to ensure that the roof load safety and wind resistance meet the standards.
The layout of PV modules optimizes the matching of slope and orientation to reduce shadow shading and increase the power generation efficiency per unit area to 18.8%.
2. Full chain integration of first-tier brands
LONGi Hi-MO 5 series 550Wp high-efficiency modules, the PV conversion rate of 21.3%, in addition to the use of Huawei intelligent inverters and sunlight power distribution system, to ensure that the power station 25 years of stable operation of the whole life cycle.
It also integrates an AI monitoring platform to realize power generation prediction, fault diagnosis and remote operation and maintenance, with a system availability rate of over 99.5%.
